Presentation to Years 7, 8, 9 & 10 - Main Hall 14th October 2021

Along with the Violence Reduction Unit, Somerset County Council and Avon & Somerset Police have commissioned Stand Against Violence to  present to students.

"Stand Against Violence was set up in 2005 following the tragic murder of 17-year-old Lloyd Fouracre; Stand Against Violence aims to prevent violence, its long-term consequences and the grief of losing loved ones."

We did have Stand Against Violence in 2 years ago so therefore Years 10 & 9 will find some of it familiar but I am assured it is not the exact same presentation.

It is an important message that won't harm being revisited. Lloyd was tragically killed in Taunton and therefore can be a powerful message for our teenagers.

The order for the day is as follows:-
Year 10   09:00am
Year 9     10:00am
Year 8      11:20am
Year 7       14:10am
