HPV Vaccinations for all Year 8 Students - Consent

The King Alfred School Academy will be the venue for Somerset Partnership NHS to administer these vaccinations on 19th & 20th March.

It is a great help if students attend on that day with either some kind of vest top or appropriate T Shirt under their school shirt. This will make the administering of the vaccination an easier and more speedy process.
