Year 11 School Photos

Tempest Photography will be coming into school to take photos of all of the Year 11 students on 30 November. In line with many other companies they would like to move onto online access to photographs. All students will have their photograph taken but we need your permission in order to pass your contact details on to Tempest who will then send you a link to the photographs via email and/or text and the ordering will then be done online. If you are happy for us to do this please complete the form linked below.

This does not affect that we will have a photo of your child for their school records.

Please note if you have more than one child in the relevant year group you will need to complete the form separately for each child.

The deadline for completing this permission form is end of Thursday 25 November.
