Judges included principal Dan Milford and staff from the Bakkavor Production team, General Manager, John Bowman and Ann Clutterbuck. They marked students on the quality of their presentation, their research into costings and packaging and equally the attractiveness and taste of the cheesecakes.
Mr Milford said: “We saw some sensational cheesecakes being made which looked too good to eat! Students developed their ideas and designs in their own time and during after school sessions over six weeks. They also researched target markets, costings and packaging ideas. Well done to everyone involved.”
