School Uniform - Message from Neil Keeling

I would like to give you an update on your school uniform orders. Every order placed before the 20th August, part complete or complete, will be received, no later than Thursday 3rd September.
From the 1st July when the website went live again, we have been throwing everything at it, 24/7, to try and make sure you receive your uniform in time for the new school year.
We have and are still experiencing massive stock delays, because of COVID-19, the orders and enquiries have been ‘unprecedented’ but I can assure you, we are doing all we can to turn this around.
This situation has reached a point where we have to focus every resource on packing and fulfilling orders, this will include the customer services staff.
Our resources are currently best spent meeting order targets than sat at the computer so I ask for continued patience. Communication will be made once your order is fulfilled and is being dispatched.
Our constant communication, with all the schools, has informed them of the issues we have in hand and are continuing to solve. The schools empathise with our situation and are proactively promoting a soft approach to their uniform policy.
We are a small business, operating in exceptional circumstances, trying to do our best, I have a fantastic team of people, who are working towards the end goal of delivering your uniform in time.
