Important Information for Year 9 Parents re vaccinations

MESSAGE FROM NHS 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL YEAR 9 PARENTS REGARDING VACCINATIONS 

In normal circumstances, we would be due to visit your child’s school in the summer term to complete the Year 9 Meningitis ACWY and DTP booster vaccinations. Given the current situation we find ourselves in with schools only open for key worker students, we are not able to complete the programme as planned. We are currently looking at ways in which this vaccination programme can be delivered within the next few months

In order for us to be as prepared as possible, please complete your child’s consent following the below link indicating whether you give consent or not for both or either vaccination.
