6th Form Young Enterprise at the Winter Gardens

TPLT 6th Form students from TKASA enjoyed great success in the Young Enterprise company programme in Weston at the weekend. Held at the Winter Gardens on Saturday 26th January during the vegan food and drink festival, Jaroholic were only one of two companies ready at the production stage and sold out of their gift jars by 15.00. Many customers were moved by the story of Joe Laoutaris and the aim of raising funds for the Love Musgrove campaign. The competition allows students to develop their employability skills during their time in the 6th Form: leadership, communication and problem-solving in particular. Jaroholic are now developing their product line further before the next leg of the competition that will take place in Orchard Shopping Centre in Taunton on 9 February.
