The Head of Geography has her latest book published to help thousands of children.
Catherine Owen who delivers inspirational teaching The King Alfred School - an Academy - has had her latest book published to raise challenge in KS3 geography lessons across the UK
Catherine worked in a team of five authors to write the new 'Progress in Geography' textbook for Hodder Education.
Catherine is helping TKASA students towards some of the most improved GCSE results in Somerset. Their geography department is a GA Centre of Excellence.
TKASA has had a raft of positive news including becoming part of The Priory Learning Trust on 1st October.
Catherine is an experienced writer who has previously written books for the Geographical Association (GA) and OUP and also delivers training across the country.
Catherine said: "I am proud to have been able to work on such a prestigious project and appreciate the encouragement TKAS has given me.
